 WARRANTY & RMA PROCEDURES

STEP 1: Download and complete the VisionNet RMA Form 

 

Download VisionNet Return Merchandise Authorization Form 

 

 

STEP 2: Submit the VisionNet RMA Form to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

 

  • Please complete all required fields prior to submitting for review.
  • You will receive confirmation that your RMA request has been received
  • You will receive an email with warranty status, and an RMA number, and the returned form within 1 business day of submission

 

 

STEP 3: Package the RMA product for return to DQ Technology. 

 

  • Please include a copy returned RMA form within the return box. 
  • Please include the RMA number on the packing label attached to the outside of the box
  • Please package the products in a manner that they will not be damaged in transit.
  • Please do not include any Power Supplies, product packaging, manuals, cables, etc. unless instructed otherwise.

 

 

STEP 4: Send the RMA products to the following location.  

 

(NOTE PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED, WITHOUT INSPECTION, IF NO RMA NUMBER HAS BEEN PRE-AUTHORIZED)

Upon Receipt of your RMA 

 

  • We will inspect each unit, and generate a detailed report, within 10 business days of receipt
  • Your product will be returned once a detailed report has been submitted to you for review
  • Equipment will be either repaired or replaced with similar equipment. Credit is not given for returned equipment.
  • No shipment will be accepted or reviewed without a valid RMA Number. Any non-approved RMA will be returned.

 

 

Warranty Validity and Transferability

 

VisionNet's product warranty is provided, once a unit has been delivered to our customer's location, and invoiced to an accepted Purchase Order. This warranty is non-transferrable and subject to the terms provided in the warranty provided at the time of invoice.
